About returns and exchanges
Return or exchanged conditions for products with quality problem
About return: Items that can be returned/refunded within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
-Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
-Items received in the incorrect size/color (refers to inconsistent with the size and color when you placed the order)
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
Notice: Slight color difference should be acceptable due to the light and screen.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, underwear on sale
About exchange: Items with the quality problem can be exchanged within7 days of receiving. (the customer just needs to make up for the shipping fee.)
If it goes beyond 7 days, the customer needs to contact and negotiated with our customer service to determine whether it can be resent. If we agree to resend, the customer needs to pay a certain resend fee. (the resend fee consist of a resending charge and shipping fee.)

RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through the local post office.
REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
-Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
-We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
